Car accident injuries can sometimes have a lasting impact which is why the legal process seeks to protect victims of car accidents.

The victim that died in the car accident was a 35-year old woman. Traffic had to be closed in both directions following the accident. Police reported that the cause of the fatal collision was not immediately known.
A recent Cabell area head-on collision sent three people to the hospital. Sissonville Drive at Guthrie Road had to be closed to clear the accident that involved a passenger vehicle and a SUV. A West Virginia Department of Agriculture SUV collided with the passenger vehicle when, police say, according to witnesses, the passenger vehicle crossed over the center line of the roadway. The driver of the SUV and two older women were transported to local hospitals following the accident.
Car accidents can be painful both physically and emotionally and can result in serious injury. These injuries are further exacerbated as medical bills and other expenses mount.
